# Bot activity

> See the AI agent's latest conversations and the meetings it has booked for the next two weeks.

The **Bot Activity** tab is a quick status check for your AI agent. It shows two panels side by side: the agent's most recent conversations with leads, and the meetings it has booked.

Use it to spot-check what the agent is saying and to see what's coming up on your calendar, without opening each contact.

## Before you start

- Your role needs permission to view AI settings. See [Team members](https://docs.biglysales.com/manual/team-members.md).
- Meetings appear here only after the agent has booked some. To let it book, choose a calendar in [AI settings](https://docs.biglysales.com/manual/ai-settings.md).

## Review the latest conversations

1. Go to **AI** in the top menu and click **Bot Activity** in the left tab list.
2. In the **Latest Communication** panel, scroll through the list. Each row shows the contact's name, a preview of the message (for text messages) and how long ago it happened. More rows load as you scroll.
3. Click a contact's name to open that conversation in the [inbox](https://docs.biglysales.com/manual/inbox.md).

## View archived conversations

1. In the **Latest Communication** panel, click **Show Archive** in the top-right corner.
2. The list switches to archived AI conversations. Clicking a name opens the conversation from your archive.
3. Click **Hide Archive** to go back to current conversations.

## Check upcoming meetings

The **Scheduled Meetings** panel lists meetings the agent booked for the next 14 days. They're grouped by day: **Today**, **Tomorrow**, then the weekday name for the coming week, then the full date.

Each row shows the start time (or **All Day**), the contact, and the team member the meeting is with.

If there's nothing booked, you'll see **No Meetings** and the note *The bot have not scheduled anything for the next 14 days*.

## Export upcoming meetings

1. In the **Scheduled Meetings** panel, click **Export**. The button appears only when there is at least one meeting.
2. Bigly prepares the export and shows a confirmation message.

## Common questions

**Where are call recordings and transcripts?** Bot Activity lists conversations but doesn't play recordings. For calls, see [Call recordings](https://docs.biglysales.com/manual/call-recordings.md) and [Call statistics](https://docs.biglysales.com/manual/call-statistics.md).

**Where are the bot's numbers, such as leads and conversions?** See [Bot activity statistics](https://docs.biglysales.com/manual/bot-activity-statistics.md).

**A meeting is missing.** The panel only covers the next 14 days and only meetings booked by the AI agent. To see everything, open the [calendar](https://docs.biglysales.com/manual/calendar.md).
