# Page payments

> See the payments collected through your payment pages, and how card payments during AI calls work.

Some pages you build in the page builder can collect payments. The **Payments For** screen lists every payment a page has taken, so you can check who paid and how much without leaving Bigly.

This page also explains card payments taken by your AI agent during a call, which is a separate feature.

## Before you start

- You need a payment page built in the page builder and published. See [Landing pages](https://docs.biglysales.com/manual/landing-pages.md).
- Payment pages collect money through the payment account set up in the page builder, not through your Bigly billing.

## View a page's payments

1. In the top navigation, click **Pages**.
2. Open the payments list for your payment page.
3. The **Payments For** screen lists each payment with these columns:

| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Customer Name** | The name the payer entered. |
| **Date** | When the payment was made. |
| **Email** | The payer's email address. |
| **Phone** | The payer's phone number. |
| **Currency** | The currency of the payment. |
| **Amount** | How much was paid. |

If the screen says **Page Not Found**, the page doesn't exist any more or doesn't belong to your account.

## Card payments during AI calls

Your AI agent can also take a card payment over the phone. During the call, the agent collects the card details and amount, Bigly charges the card through your own payment gateway account, and the agent tells the caller whether it went through. The money goes to your merchant account. It is not part of your Bigly bill.

Phone payments are not enabled on every account. They need your payment gateway account and changes to your agent's setup, so they are set up by your Bigly account team. Contact support to turn them on or change them.

For safety, phone payments have limits on the amount and on the number of attempts per contact.

## Common questions

**Can I refund a payment here?** No. This screen is read-only. Refunds are handled in your payment provider.

**Why doesn't a payment appear?** Payments show once the page builder has recorded them. Reload the screen after a few minutes.
