# Reports and exports

> Download your statistics as spreadsheets, and understand the reports Bigly can email you.

Bigly doesn't have a separate report builder. Instead, each statistics screen has an **Export** button that turns what you're looking at into a spreadsheet. This page lists where you can export from, how the download works, and what emailed reports are available.

## Before you start

- You need permission to view the statistics you want to export.
- Set the dates and filters on the screen first. The export follows them.

## Where you can export

## Export a file

1. Open the statistics screen and set your dates and filters.
2. Click **Export**.
3. The file is prepared in the background. On some screens a progress bar shows how far along it is. You can keep working.
4. When it's ready, you get a notification with a download link.
5. Click the link to download the spreadsheet.

Download links stop working 30 minutes after the file is ready. If yours has expired, run the export again.

## Troubleshooting

**I clicked Export but nothing came.** Large exports can take several minutes. If you click again while one is still being prepared, you'll see a message that the file is already in the queue. Wait for the first one.

**I got an Export Failed notification.** Try again with a shorter date range. If it keeps failing, contact support.

**The call export says to select a field.** In **Export Call Records**, choose at least one field to include.

## Emailed reports

Bigly can email a daily summary of a user's campaign activity, including the replies received, to that user or to someone else such as a manager. These reports are set up by your Bigly account team. Contact support to start, stop or change who receives them.
