# TikTok lead ads

> Send leads from your TikTok lead generation forms into Bigly automatically.

Connect TikTok so that leads from your TikTok lead generation forms are added to Bigly as contacts automatically, ready for your AI agent to follow up.

## Before you start

- You need a TikTok login with access to the TikTok ads (advertiser) account that runs your lead ads.

## Connect TikTok

1. Open the user menu (your initials, top right) and click **Integrations**.
2. On the **TikTok** tile, click **Connect**.
3. Sign in to TikTok and allow access.
4. You return to **Integrations**. Click **Options** on the **TikTok** tile. Your advertiser accounts are listed.

## Connect your forms

1. Next to the advertiser account, click **Load Forms** to fetch its lead forms.
2. Click **Connect All** to start receiving leads from that account.
3. Click **Instant Pages/Forms** under the account to see each form.
4. Use **Connect** or **Disconnect** next to a form to choose exactly which forms send leads.

## Which form fields come across

Bigly fills in the contact from TikTok's standard form fields:

| zip_code | ZIP |
| address | Street |

Custom questions you add to a TikTok form are not copied to the contact.

Bigly also keeps the TikTok campaign and page the lead came from. If the person is already a contact, Bigly matches them instead of creating a duplicate.

## Disconnect TikTok

To stop one account, click **Disconnect** next to it. To remove TikTok completely, click the **Disconnect** button at the bottom of the options screen and confirm with **Yes, Disable it!**

## Troubleshooting

**No forms appear.** Click **Load Forms** again. Only lead generation forms on that advertiser account are listed.

**Leads aren't arriving.** Check the account shows **Disconnect** (meaning it's connected) and the form is connected. Then submit a test lead.
