Bigly MCP in 3 minutes

What the MCP is, connecting Claude to Bigly, asking for a change, reviewing the preview, and confirming it.

The Bigly MCP lets an AI assistant work in your Bigly account for you. You connect it once. After that you can type requests like "change our working hours to 9 to 6 Eastern" or "add a two-day follow-up text for people who don't answer", and the assistant makes the change for you.

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets an AI assistant use tools in other apps. Bigly runs its own MCP server, so any assistant that supports MCP can connect to it, including Claude, ChatGPT and Claude Code.

Ask your AI assistant

Look at our Bigly AI setup and tell me what's missing before we start calling leads.

What it can do

The MCP is built for setting up and tuning your AI agent. It can read and change:

AreaWhat you can ask for
AI settingsAI calling on/off, timezone, calls per lead per day/week, opt-out rules, zip codes
Prompt variablesYour company name, offer, and the other facts the agent quotes
IntrosThe opening line the agent says when a lead answers
Voice promptThe script and rules for the conversation, plus the voice and language model
Tools configurationTransfer numbers and what the agent can do mid-call
Follow-upsCalls, texts and picture messages that go out after a call, and your working hours
SMS agentsAI that answers inbound text messages
Web callingThe browser-based AI call widget for your website
WebhooksSending call results to your CRM or Zapier

What it can't do (yet)

The MCP does not read or edit your contacts, lists, calls, messages, billing, or phone numbers. For those, use the step-by-step guides in Using the app. Each MCP page links to its in-app counterpart, so you can always switch.

Every change is previewed first

Before your assistant changes anything, it shows you a preview of exactly what will change. Nothing is saved until you confirm. See How changes are made safely.

Start here

  1. Connect your AI assistant. This takes about 5 minutes.
  2. Ask it to run the onboarding check, so it learns how your account is set up.
  3. Ask for your first change.
