Using the Bigly app
What the Bigly Sales web app does, how it's laid out, and the four steps from a spreadsheet of leads to your first AI calls.
The top navigation, where each feature lives, and the fastest path from importing leads to your first AI call.
Bigly Sales is a CRM with an AI calling agent built in. You bring your leads, and Bigly calls, texts and emails them for you. The AI agent talks to the people who answer, qualifies them, books appointments and transfers hot leads to your team. Everything it does is logged against the contact, so you can see each call, recording and message in one place.
These guides walk you through every screen in the web app. If you'd rather make changes by describing them to Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant, see Using Bigly with your AI assistant.
The Bigly web app with the top navigation bar (Lists, Calls, Import, Contacts, SMS, Statistics, Numbers, Tags, Pages, Calendars, AI, Scheduled Blasts) and the Inbox open below it.
Before you start
- You need a Bigly account and a login. If you've been invited by a teammate, follow Logging in.
- Have your leads ready in a spreadsheet (CSV, XLS or XLSX). Each row needs an email address, or a phone number together with a first and last name.
Where to start
Most teams get from sign-up to live calls in four steps. Do them in this order.
- Import your contacts. Upload your spreadsheet, name the list and match its columns to Bigly's fields. See Importing contacts.
- Set up your AI agent. Tell the agent who you are and what you're offering, write the opening line it says when someone answers, and set your calling hours. Start with the AI agent overview, then Prompt variables, Intros and AI settings. Place a test call to hear it before you go live.
- Buy phone numbers. Your calls and texts go out from numbers you own in Bigly. See Phone numbers. If you plan to send texts to US numbers, also complete 10DLC registration.
- Launch your calls. Pick a list and start a call campaign. See Calls.
Bigly checks numbers against Do Not Call rules and state calling hours. Read the Compliance overview so you know what's blocked automatically and what's up to you.

Common questions
What is a "tenant"? It's your company's account in Bigly. Each tenant has its own web address, contacts, numbers and settings. One login can belong to several tenants, and you switch between them from the user menu.
Can I connect my CRM? Yes. See Integrations for HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier and others.
