Shared statistics
Open a shared statistics link, see what it shows, and keep shared links safe.
What a shared statistics link is, what the person you share with can see, opening a campaign's detail, link expiry, and how to request a new share.
A shared statistics link lets someone without a Bigly login, such as a client or a stakeholder, see a user's campaign results for a period. They open the link in a browser and see the statistics and conversations, read-only.
You can't create a new share link from the app at the moment. Links that were already sent keep working until they expire. To share results with someone new, contact support, or use Reports and exports to send them a spreadsheet.
Before you start
- You need the shared link, which was sent by email.
Open a shared link
- Click the link in the email, or paste it into your browser.
- The statistics page opens without asking you to log in.
- You see the campaigns for the shared period, with their totals.
- Click a campaign to open its detail, including the text or email conversations.
A shared statistics page opened in a browser without a Bigly login, listing campaigns for the period with their totals.
What the link shows
- The link covers one user's statistics for a period, not a single campaign. Everything that user ran in that period is visible.
- Conversation details, including message text, are visible to anyone with the link.
- The link stops working when it expires, or if the user it belongs to is removed from the account.
Anyone who has the link can see the statistics. It doesn't check who is opening it. Only forward it to people who should see your results.
Common questions
The link says it isn't valid any more. It has expired, or the user it belongs to no longer exists. Ask the person who shared it for a new export, or contact support.
Can the person I share with change anything? No. Shared pages are read-only.
