Bring your Calendly event types and bookings into Bigly so every meeting shows on your Bigly calendar.
Connecting Calendly, how event types become Bigly availabilities, how new and cancelled bookings sync, and disconnecting.
If you take bookings in Calendly, connect it to Bigly so those meetings appear on your Bigly calendar alongside the ones your AI agent books. Calendly stays your booking tool: your availability and booking page are still managed in Calendly.
Once connected:
- Each of your Calendly event types appears in Bigly as an availability, with its name, booking link and meeting length.
- Upcoming bookings already in Calendly are brought in.
- New bookings are added to Bigly as meetings, and the invitee is added as a contact if they're new.
- Cancelled bookings are removed from Bigly.
Before you start
- Sign in to Bigly as the user whose Calendly account you're connecting. Each user connects their own Calendly.
Connect Calendly
- Open the user menu (your initials, top right) and click Integrations.
- On the Calendly tile, click Connect.
- Sign in to Calendly and allow access.
- You return to Integrations. The Calendly tile shows Options.

Give Bigly a minute to bring in your event types and upcoming bookings. Then check Calendars › Availability and Calendars › Main Calendar.
Disconnect Calendly
- Click Options on the Calendly tile.
- Click Disconnect and confirm with Yes, Disable it!
Bigly stops receiving bookings and removes its access to your Calendly account. Meetings already brought in stay on your Bigly calendar.
Troubleshooting
New Calendly bookings aren't appearing. Disconnect and connect again. This re-creates the link that tells Bigly about new bookings. If it still fails, you may get a Calendly Webhook Error notification. Contact support with its message.
Old bookings are missing. Only upcoming, active bookings are imported when you connect.
