Sharing your booking page

Copying an availability's booking link, embedding it on a website, customising the page, and what a lead sees when they book, including email verification.

Every availability has its own public booking page. Leads open it, pick a date and time, enter their details and confirm. The meeting then appears on your Main calendar, assigned to one of your team members.

You can send the link by text or email, add it to an AI follow-up message, or embed the page on your website.

Before you start

  • Create an availability and set its weekly hours. Without open hours the page shows No times available. See Availability.
  1. Click Calendars › Availability.
  2. In the left panel, select the availability.
  3. Click the link icon next to its name. You'll see Url Copied.
  4. Paste the link wherever you need it.

Embed the page on your website

  1. On the availability card, click the embed icon (Copy embed code).
  2. Choose a layout:
    • Full page (with image): the whole page, including your hero image, logo and text.
    • Slots only: just the date picker and time slots.
  3. Paste the copied code into your website where the calendar should appear.

Customise the page

Open the availability with the pencil icon and change:

  • Title: the heading at the top of the page.
  • Customer Page Content: a description under the title.
  • Customer Footer Content: small print at the bottom.
  • Logo Image and Hero Image: your branding.

Click Update to save. The page changes straight away.

What your lead sees

  1. The page shows your logo, title and description, a date picker, and the open times for the chosen date in the availability's time zone.
  2. The lead picks a time and clicks Continue.
  3. In Add your details, they enter their name, email, phone, business name and website. A Meeting summary shows the duration, date and time.
  4. They click Send verification code. Bigly emails a 6-digit code that expires in 10 minutes.
  5. They enter the code and click Verify. The page shows Email verified.
  6. They click Confirm booking. The page shows Booking confirmed, and a confirmation is sent to them.

Why leads verify their email

Every booking from the public page needs a verified email. This stops fake or mistyped bookings filling your calendar. If the code expires, the lead clicks Resend code.

Common questions

Who gets the meeting? Bookings are shared out in turn among the users in Users For Meeting Assingnment on the availability.

Can leads book today? Only when Same day meeting is on in AI › Configure. See AI settings.

Why are some times missing? A time disappears once it reaches Maximum Bookings in a slot, or when it falls in out-of-office time. See Availability.

I use Calendly instead. Calendly has its own booking page. Bookings made there still come into Bigly. See Calendly.
