Manage the cards on your account, see your plan and pricing, preview your next invoice, apply a discount code and download monthly billing statements.
Opening Billing and Cards, adding a card and setting the default, reading the Subscriptions summary and per-product pricing tiers, the Upcoming Invoice Preview and discount codes, and showing and downloading a past month's billing statement.
The Cards & Billing History page shows how you pay Bigly and what you're being charged. You can manage your cards, check your plan's prices, preview your next invoice and download statements for past months.
Before you start
- Open the page from the user menu: click your initials, then Billing and Cards.
- Only members allowed to see billing have this menu item. Changing cards needs permission to update billing. See Team members.
The Cards & Billing History page with saved cards across the top (one marked Default), the Add a New Card tile, the Subscriptions section with its summary and product cards, and the Invoice section below.
Add a card
- Click Add a New Card.
- Enter the cardholder Name and the card details.
- Click Save New Card.
The card appears with its last four digits, expiry (VALID THRU) and the date it was added. The first card you add becomes the default.
Bigly runs fraud checks when you add a card. A card already used on another Bigly account, or cards under several different cardholder names on one account, can be refused, and in some cases the account is paused for review. If a card is refused, contact support rather than trying more cards.
Set the default card or remove a card
- To make a card the one you're charged on, click Set as default on it. It then shows Default.
- To remove a card, click its delete icon and confirm with Delete.
Read your subscription
The Subscriptions section starts with a summary of your contract:
| Field | What it means |
|---|---|
| Subscription Status | For example Active, Past due, Waiting first payment, Manual billing or No contract. |
| Billing Type | Automatic (Stripe) if your card is charged automatically, or Manual if you're invoiced. |
| Billing Model | How usage is priced, for example Tiered. |
| Minimum Spend | The least you pay each month, whatever your usage. |
| Billing Threshold | Shown for automatic billing. Your card is charged when your usage goes over this amount. |
| Ends On | When the current contract or subscription ends. |
Below the summary, there's a card for each product you're billed for, such as Minimum Spend, Total Attempts, Human Answered, Billable Minutes, SMS, Ringless Voicemail, Call Branding or Phone Pool. Each shows its Plan Name, Price and Status, or its Tiers: the price per unit for each usage band.
If you see Please update the contract billing model. Flat billing mode is disabled., contact support to move your contract to a current plan.
If a payment fails, Bigly warns you that your subscription is past due. If it isn't resolved in time, the subscription is cancelled and all calls are blocked. Update your card and contact support straight away.
To change your plan or prices, contact your Bigly account team.
Preview your next invoice
Upcoming Invoice Preview shows what you're on track to pay: the Invoice Number, Status, Amount Due, Due Date and Invoice Items. Click Show details or Hide details to expand it. It's a preview, so the final amount can change with your usage.
Apply a discount code
- In the preview, enter the code in Discount Code.
- Click Apply.
The discount appears under Discount Applied. To remove it, click the remove icon next to it and confirm.
View and download a monthly statement
- Under Invoice, choose the Month and Year.
- Click Show Invoice.
- The Billing Statement for that month appears with its invoices. Click Download PDF to save it.
The Invoice section with Month and Year selected, the Show Invoice button, and the Billing Statement panel with its summary and the Download PDF button.
