Tracking and undoing AI agent changes

Open the Activity Log, read an entry, expand the field-by-field changes, compare old and new text, and roll back a single field.

The Activity Log records every change made in Teach Your Bot: who made it, when, and exactly what changed. If a call starts going wrong after an edit, this is where you find out what changed, and undo it.

AI › Teach Your Bot › Activity Log table with Date & Time, Performed By, Action and Changes Made columns, one row expanded to show an old and new value with highlighted differences and a Rollback Change button.

What's tracked

IntrosIntros being created, edited or deleted
PromptsOther AI prompts on your account
Prompt VariablesChanges to your prompt variables
Voice PromptsSaved voice prompts being created, edited or deleted
Voice SettingsThe agent's voice, speech and timing settings, and the prompt in use

Each entry covers one save. If you saved without changing anything, no entry is created.

Before you start

  • To roll changes back, your role needs permission to change AI settings. See Team members.

Review changes

  1. Go to AI › Teach Your Bot › Activity Log.
  2. Each row shows:
    • Date & Time of the change.
    • Performed By: the team member who made it.
    • Action: Created, Updated or Deleted, plus the section and the item's name.
    • Changes Made: a one-line summary.
  3. If a row changed several fields, click it to expand the full list.
  4. For each changed field you'll see the old and new values side by side. Added and removed text is highlighted. Long unchanged passages are collapsed. Click the hidden-lines bar to show them.
  5. Use the page numbers at the bottom to see older changes.

Roll back a change

You can restore the previous value of one field from an Updated entry.

  1. Find the change and expand it.
  2. Next to the field you want to restore, click Rollback Change.
  3. In the confirmation, click Confirm Rollback.

The field goes back to its old value, and the rollback appears in the log as a new update, so you can undo it in the same way.

One field at a time

Rollback restores a single field. If a save changed several fields, roll back each one you need. You can't roll back a Created or Deleted entry, so a deleted intro has to be recreated by hand.

Common questions

Can I see changes made through the Bigly MCP? Changes your AI assistant makes are saved like any other change.

Does rolling back affect calls already in progress? No. The restored value applies to calls that start after the rollback.
