Scheduled blasts
Monitor every call and SMS campaign in one list, and pause, resume, cancel, reschedule or re-run them.
The Campaign / Blast Monitor list, filtering and sorting, reading the result columns for call and SMS blasts, pausing, resuming and cancelling, editing a call blast's daily schedule, viewing attempts, and re-blasting.
Scheduled Blasts is the control room for your campaigns. It lists your call campaigns and SMS campaigns, whether they're scheduled, running or finished, with their results side by side. From here you can pause or cancel a campaign, change a call campaign's daily schedule, or run it again.
The Campaign / Blast Monitor list with the status and type filter buttons, the date range and Sort by controls, and several blasts showing type, status badge, audience, intro, result columns and the round action buttons.
Before you start
You create campaigns elsewhere:
- Call campaigns on the Calls page.
- SMS campaigns on the SMS campaigns page.
- Voicemail campaigns on the Ringless voicemail page.
Find a campaign
- Click Scheduled Blasts in the top navigation.
- Use the buttons at the top to show All Campaigns, Inprogress, Scheduled, Completed, Only Calls or Only SMS.
- Set From: and To: to limit the list to a date range.
- Use Sort by: to order by Created Date, Status, Total Contacts or Blast Type.
Each campaign shows its number (for example Blast #1234), type, status, when it was created and scheduled, how many contacts it has, the tags or list it was built from, and the intro it uses.
Read the results
The columns change with the campaign type:
| Call campaigns | SMS and email campaigns |
|---|---|
| Total Answered: calls that connected | Sent: messages sent |
| Success Rate: calls with a good outcome, such as a transfer or booking | Delivered: messages delivered |
| Total Attempts: calls placed | Replied: contacts who replied |
| Meetings Booked | Meetings Booked |
| Concurrency: calls running at once |
Call campaigns that have run more than once show each run underneath as Attempt # with its own numbers.
For more detail on a call campaign, open it from the Calls page. For SMS, open it from SMS campaigns.
Pause, resume or cancel
Use the round buttons on each campaign. You'll only see the buttons that apply to its current status.
| Button | When it appears | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Pause | The campaign is running. | Stops sending new calls or messages. |
| Resume | The campaign is paused. | Carries on where it stopped. |
| Cancel | Scheduled, running or paused. | Stops the campaign for good. |
| Edit Schedule | Call campaigns that aren't finished or cancelled. | Opens the daily schedule (see below). |
A cancelled campaign won't restart. To call or text the same audience again, use Re-blast or create a new campaign.
Edit a call campaign's schedule
- Click Edit Schedule on a call campaign.
- Pick the date range in Select date range.
- Add or change the daily calls, each with the time it should start. Click Add Call to add another.
- Set the Concurrency, the number of calls that run at once.
- Click Update.
Calls still only go out inside your calling hours.

Run a call campaign again
Click Re-blast on a call campaign to start a new attempt on the same audience. The new attempt appears under the campaign with its own results.
Troubleshooting
No blasts found. No campaigns match your filters. Click All Campaigns and widen the date range.
A campaign shows Contact list is missing. The list or tags it was built from were deleted. Create a new campaign.
A call campaign is running but its numbers aren't moving. It may be outside your calling hours, or calls may be blocked by compliance checks. See Calling hours and the Compliance overview.
A campaign was cancelled without anyone cancelling it. Campaigns stop automatically if your account can no longer be billed, for example when a subscription ends. Check Billing.
